Frage replacement legs to UK

Hi everyone.
I would like to buy a Two front legs (galvanised) for my EC6 camper,
so far I have contacted both
Steinfield & wohnakabinen center, neither have been very helpful is there anywhere else I could try

As I wrote you, I am waiting for a shipping quote directly from Sweden to you. I would like to save you double cost for shippin and too long waiting. To ship the leg's first to Germany and then to the U.K. would take longer time and more money. We have only one zinc-plated leg in stock in Germany, so this will not help you much.

So Jens, is there any point in asking about this after sales service ?

So is this level of service from Karroser normal ?

Because there is no way I'd suggest anybody buy from them given the response to my question.

hardly suprising their market here in the UK is non existent

as requested I have figured out the shipping cost from Sweden to the UK and after you agreed for my offer, I have issued you on the 13.03.2013 the invoice and recommended a SEPA bank transfer. You have asked if there is the correct shipping address signed, I have emailed you the freight-document, too. This was your last email, and it was answered in the same day.

Since this day the jacks are laying ready boxed for shipping in the Skarosser storage. These would have been shipped immidiately after I would have received the payment on our bank account.

Until today no payment was made, so no legs have been shipped.

Anyway my friend, I will tomorrow issue you a credit-note for the legs and have Skarosser place the legs back in the storage. I am sure Tischer will be gladly serving you as new customer and provide all neccessary equipment for changing your Nordstar legs for a pair of Tischer legs.

For kind and friendly customers I would stand up in the middle of the night, work on Sundays, drive a couple hundred kilometers and if neccessary even organize help for them on the other end of the world. For this I think I am well known.

Seems that you do not belong to this kind of customers. Please buy your legs with Tischer, today I found out that I do not have any legs for sale to the UK.
